Take a handful of sea moss. Rinse clean, and then inspect for sand and other sea debris.
- Soak for four to 24 hours at room temperature. Every four to six hours, change the water.
- The sea moss will turn into a white-translucent color and will take on a slippery, soft texture. The size will double as well.
- Drain off the water. Next, rinse clean.
Add spring water and sea moss to the blender Blend them until smooth and creamy.
- Pour mixture into a mason jar and refrigerate. Allow up to an hour for it to thicken.
