If you purchase our products and do not experience noticeable changes then we are happy to refund you 100% of the purchase price you paid for the products (less shipping).
We offer an unequivocal full refund on the purchase price of any of our supplement products any time within 60 days of your purchase. However, for fraud protection, in order to receive full product refund, we require the return of Opened or even Emptied bottle of the first bottle of any particular product purchased, and we require the return of Unopened bottle(s) beyond the first bottle. For example, if you purchased 3 bottles of Nova, to receive full product refund, you must return one opened or emptied bottle, and two unopened bottles.
- Please ensure any claim you wish to make is within 60 days of the original purchase date of your order.
- Please email support@seamosspower.com giving your order number (located on your original order confirmation) and a short summary as to why you wish to return part/all of your order.
- You will receive confirmation of our acknowledgement of your wish to be refunded, with details of where to post your bottles to.
- Please return your Opened and Unopened bottles with the order number clearly displayed on the back of the box/envelope. We recommend you return ship your order with a tracking number as we cannot guarantee responsibility for orders “lost in transit”.
Refunds issued upon receipt of the returned goods. Refunds can take up to 5-7 business days to show in your account.
You will be refunded the total discounted price paid for goods. Shipping fee cannot be reimbursed. And in case of orders with free shipping, $7.97 actual shipping fee will be deducted.
